During today’s Xbox Partner Preview, Capcom dropped a gameplay trailer for their latest action-packed adventure, Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess.
Set in a fantasy world inspired by Japanese Shinto culture, this third-person, action-strategy, tower defence-esque game (there’s a lot going on here) is one we’ll certainly be keeping an eye on.

The trailer highlights the game’s vibrant world, distinctive combat style, and the quest to protect the Maiden of the Mountain.
Featuring a unique day/night cycle, you’ll need to rescue villagers, repair contraptions and plan your defense during the day. When night falls, fight alongside the villagers, using dance-like sword techniques to protect the Maiden while she performs her purifying dance.

It’s coming to Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC later this year. It’ll also be available day one on Xbox Game Pass.
