The ‘Timely Arrival’ locker is located in a Nazi camp at Wat Chanasongkhram in Sukhothai, a central island not too far from the village.

After clearing out the Nazi guards, search the desk near the locker and you’ll find al the tools you need to solve this mystery.
Pick up the Shipment Paper and the Code Lookup Timetable — you’ll need both of these to proceed.
