Another month, another wrap-up of cheap Nintendo Switch games coming your way! This month has three games I thoroughly enjoy and can personally recommend, starting with my favourite.
Boomerang Fu – $2.99
One of my favourite multiplayer games, you play as cute pieces of food with boomerangs trying to slice up your friends. My nephews adore this game, and can be played locally with up to six players. It’s a BARGAIN! Sale ends on October 31st.
Among Us – $3.87
If you didn’t play this during the pandemic, now’s your chance. Among Us was the go-to multiplayer game and is still a fun time with up to eight players locally and 15 online. I’ve never tried playing it local but can definitely recommend playing online. Sale ends on November 4th.

OXENFREE – $1.65
This has been on my list for a while and is a bargain at 90% off. Described on the eShop as a “supernatural thriller about a group of friends who unwittingly open a ghostly rift”, the artwork looks eerily beautiful and enchanting. Sale ends on November 6th.
OXENFREE II: Lost Signals – $3
Lo and behold, the sequel to OXENFREE is also on sale! Great to be able to nab both for under $5. Sale end on November 6th also.

Tell Me Your Story – $2.99
A story-driven puzzle game with cosy hand-drawn artwork. What more could you want? Play as Amelia going on summer vacation to her grandmother Rose’s cottage, and find out more about Rose’s story as you help her unpack her home. Sale ends in three days on October 28th.
Cats and Seek: Osaka – $3.30
Yep it’s exactly what it says in the title. Find over 300 cats in Osaka in this feline Where’s Wally-inspired game. I love a good spotting game. Sale ends on October 30th.

The Inner World – $1.65
The Inner World gives me a slight Professor Layton vibe. You play as Robert, a court musician thrust into a mystery he has to solve to save his city. It looks like an interesting platformer with lovely artwork. Sale ends on November 1st.
Little Dragons Cafe – $4.12
From Harvest Moon creator Yasuhiro Wada comes a cooking, shopkeeping and harvesting game – with dragons? The art style looks unique and it looks like a fun relaxing game for a Sunday afternoon. Sale ends on November 1st.
LIMBO – $1.65
I mentioned INSIDE, LIMBO’s sequel, as part of the September wrap-up, and Nintendo has given us both this month! INSIDE is slightly cheaper at $2.89. Both sales end on November 10th. Perfect Halloween games!
