You know how you find yourself watching the Summer Games Fest Showcase and thinking, “Sure, this is all well and good, but where’s all the 90’s hip hop??”. Well, this year’s presentation delivered the goods with the announcement of Wu-Tang: Rise of the Deceiver.
Players will be tasked by Ghostface Killah with rescuing the other members of the legendary Wu-Tang Clan in this action RPG from Brass Lion Entertainment. We got a short snippet of gameplay in the teaser trailer, promising fast-paced 3D brawling with an anime art style.
The game allows for up to three players, though we haven’t seen how that will play out in action. I can’t wait to see how the group’s discography will be integrated into the gameplay. The trailer features a remix of the all-time classic “C.R.E.A.M.”, amplified to sound like an action movie theme.

There’s no release date or confirmation of platforms just yet. You can currently wishlist Wu-Tang: Rise of the Deceiver on Steam and Epic Games.
