The Lamb God giveth – new DLC incoming

There’s a foreboding aura in the air, animals are scared, children are weeping, and my old racquetball injury is acting up. It can only mean one thing… CULT OF THE LAMB DLC IS ON THE WAY!  

Aussie developers Massive Monster took to Twitter to reveal some devilish details about the upcoming Relics of the Old Faith content update.

First things first, the DLC will be FREE! Talk about a crowd pleaser.

It will feature a brand new post-game story (I wonder what our woolly messiah has been up to?)

Not only that but dungeons, combat and bosses have all been revamped providing a deeper, more challenging experience. 

“Every boss has been revamped with new and tougher attack patterns.”

Apparently, I didn’t die enough the first time around!

We also know from an older tweet, that four new structures will be added.

• Kitchen – Scout amongst your followers to find your Gordon RAMsay (get it?) to cook for the cult. Bowls of poop for everyone!

• Crypt – When you have multiple bodies to deal with (probably stop serving bowls of poop), just shove ‘em in the crypt and sort it out later!

• Shared Shelter – Why sleep alone when you can share with a couple of like-minded cultists. Just think of all the activities you can do with all that extra floor space!

• Organised Farms – Use plot signs to direct your zealots on what to plant where. Finally, chef RAMsay can stop serving poop!

A release date will be announced really soon (THEY PROMISE).
