Bungie is celebrating being part of the PlayStation family with some wicked new cosmetic items in Destiny 2.
There are three new armour ornament sets coming to the game, designed as homages to some of PlayStation’s most loved characters.
Titans can don a God of War inspired Kratos set, Hunters can cosplay as Aloy from Horizon Forbidden West and Warlocks can suit up as Jin Sakai from Ghost of Tsushima.
But they’re not all just for show, there’s also a dope finishing move to go with each ornament set, so you can dispatch your enemies in style.
There’s also a new Ratchet & Clank-inspired ‘gold bolt’ emote, and as well as a Ghost Shell, Ship, and a Sparrow infected with the Cordyceps fungus from The Last of Us.
They’re coming as the Season of the Deep kicks off in Destiny 2, which will also contain a new Seasonal Story, Dungeon, Strand Aspect, post-campaign pursuit and much more.
The season will also feature additional voice work from the late, great Lance Reddick, recorded before his passing.
Oh and fishing… Destiny 2 has fishing now. Apart from a nice relaxing break from slaying the heck out of Taken and Hive, fishing will also net you additional rewards such as Seasonal armor and masterwork materials.
