Xbox is known for its unique style and beautiful controllers, but now they’ve gone one step further — artistic consoles backed by science!
Xbox ANZ and Cure Cancer have teamed up with cancer researcher Dr. Arutha Kulasinghe of The University of Queensland and created three custom Xbox Series X consoles inspired by his work.

The colourful consoles draw inspiration from Dr. Kulasinghe’s spatial tumour mapping approach, developed in collaboration with Akoya Biosciences and Nanostring Technologies.
It’s given specialists the ability to identify cellular structures and areas that are resistant to treatment for the first time.
For patients undergoing cancer treatment, this sort of tumour mapping can be life changing.
Good news for you, these three stunning consoles will be auctioned off with the proceeds going directly to Cure Cancer so they can continue their important journey of beating the disease.
Getting a literal piece of playable art AND supporting research to cure cancer? It’s certainly a win-win in my book.
