Playing Winter Burrow? Need some help finding Gnawtusk’s Stashes? I know I did. Here’s a quick guide on how to find all three of Gnawtusk the squirrel’s Stashes.
How to find Gnawtusk
Now if you’re here looking for Gnawtusk, I’ve got a treat for you. You can find Gnawtask northwest of Bufo the toad / frog. If you don’t know where Bufo is, I can’t help you. (Just kidding, he’s east of your home, past Aunty’s house and northeast from there.)

From Bufo, head north, then west once you hit the clearing to find Gnawtusk at a campfire. He’ll give you a blueprint for a Granite Shovel, which you’ll need to craft before starting his next quest.
First Stash
Gnawtusk will ask you to help him find his hidden herb stashes. To locate the first stash — the one under the snail shell — head north from his camp to the next section, then take the west exit. You’ll find a clearing with a snail shell and a dig spot. Dig there to uncover the first stash.

Second Stash
Head back east to the first section north of Gnawtusk’s camp, then take the east exit to reach a clearing with two large trees. One has a scarf tied around it, with a dig spot at its trunk. Dig there to find the second stash of herbs.
Third Stash
Once you’ve found the first two, return to Gnawtusk. He’ll give you a Lamp for the next part of the quest, Find Stash in a Dark Place.

To find this final stash, take the west exit from Gnawtusk’s camp, then the south exit in the next clearing. It’s darker here, but keep your lamp on. When you see pinecones, head east into a shadowy area — you’ll spot the Witchstone he mentioned. Dig at the snowpile near it to uncover his last stash.
