Finding Luke Skywalker’s home on Tatooine is a must for any Star Wars fan exploring the Star Wars Outlaws galaxy.
Nestled in the vast, dry expanse of the Great Chott Salt Flat, south of Mos Eisley, this iconic location is a slice of cinematic history brought to life.
Here’s how you can locate the exact spot where the legendary Jedi began his journey.

After paying a visit to Tosche Station for some power converters (totally optional), head southwest until you find the Lars Homestead.

On arrival, you’ll hear two scavengers discussing how they knew the young boy who dreamt of being a star pilot, they tell Kay Vess that she’s too late, the Empire burned this place to the ground and it’s been cleaned out.

While there’s no questline for this homestead, at least not that I’ve discovered, it’s still worth a visit. Whether it’s a quick photo op, basking in the nostalgia of the Twin Suns, or collecting cosmetic items for Nix — there’s plenty to see and do.

The Lars Homestead is one of many cool nods to the original trilogy, another being a mark on the cantina wall from where Greedo shot at Han Solo.
Mos Eisley Cantina – Who Shot First?
No visit to Tatooine is complete without stopping by Chalmun’s Cantina, the infamous watering hole where Greedo met his demise.

Hidden among the bustling crowds and shady characters of Mos Eisley sits Chalmun’s Cantina. It may be unassuming at first, but once you step inside nostalgia fills the air.
As you walk into the main bar area, head to the left and look at the middle booth. You can see the exact spot where Han’s quick draw made Star Wars history.
