Playtonic‘s dynamic duo are back! Play as Yooka (the lizard) and Laylee (the bat) in this remastered, definitive edition, of the beloved indie 3D platformer, now charmingly named Yooka-Re-Playlee.
Yooka-Laylee was originally released in 2017 by Playtonic Games, a group of ex Rare developers that brought us classics like Banjo-Kazooie. Leaning on their legacy, they created a new buddy duo to journey through wacky worlds, hunting for Pagies (this games collectable) to take down the bad guy, Capital B.
In this new version of the game you can expect updated graphics (looking good there Yooka), remixed 3D platforming challenges and an updated orchestral soundtrack. There’s also a new currency to find and spend on in-game enhancements, a map to guide you, and a heap of customisation options.
