Everything we know about WoW’s new Dragonflight: Guardians of the Dream update

It’s almost time to spread your wings in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight with Guardians of the Dream!

This new update is MASSIVE for WoW players and is full of fresh content to unfold.

In Blizzard’s 10.2 update, you can find yourself flying into a new zone: Emerald Dream.

The Emerald Dream can be located in Ohn’ahran Plains, on the western banks, where you will be given brand new quests to protect the World Tree from Fyrakk, voiced by the one and only Matt Mercer (totally not fangirling right now!).

With new campaign quests, comes new side story quests! Now, players can revisit the existing Tyr Reforged quest line to finally see how it ends.

It doesn’t stop there, be sure to get your guild ready because there is a new Season 3 Raid ‘Amirdrassil, The Dream’s Hope’. The new raid features 9 bosses, players will fight their way through not only Dream’s defenders but also Fyrakks forces to complete.

When it’s not raid night you can still party up with a new rotation of Mythic+ dungeons! This will include two wings of the Dawn of the Infinite Mega-Dungeon; Galakrond’s Fall and Murozond’s Rise.

You will also see some familiar dungeons from previous expansions such as Waycrest Manor (Battle for Azeroth), Atal’Dazar (Battle for Azeroth), Darkheart Thicket (Legion), Blackrook Hold (Legion) as well as making their grand entrance into Mythic+ are The Everbloom (Warlords of Draenor) and Throne of the Tides (Cataclysm) dungeons.

While exploring Emerald Dream, there will also be a new World Boss “Aurostar The Hibernating”, public events and even Dragonriding and trait updates.
