September is upon us and with it comes a mountain of Xbox releases hot on its heels.
The month has kicked off with a big bang! Xbox has released an updated version of the Series S, boasting a 1TB HDD coloured Carbon Black. The larger storage space was a much-requested and needed feature for the digital-only console.
Speaking of digital, Xbox Game Pass has a new subscription plan, following the end of Games with Gold. Come September 14th, Game Pass members who were previously subscribed to Gold will automatically switch over to Game Pass Core, a lower-tier version of Game Pass.
Core features online multiplayer and a collection of over 25 games including; Fallout 4, Fallout 76, Grounded, Gears 5 — just go name a few.

The games are rolling out at light speed this month!
The hotly anticipated new IP From Bethesda Studios is finally releasing on September 6th (to those without early access).

September 12th brings us Mythforce! A chaotic first-person adventure inspired heavily by the Saturday morning cartoons of our childhood.

Ubisoft’s newest car game The Crew: Motorfest races onto Xbox on September 14th, sporting a very fun, festive and all-terrain chaotic feel to racing.
Inspired by the boardgame, Gloomhaven comes to Xbox on September 18th, bringing a mix of tactical RPG & dungeon crawling together across more than 250 missions

September 19th it’s a FIGHT between 2 highly anticipated games.
The newest souls-like game Lies of P tells a dark twisted story of Pinocchio, while Mortal Kombat 1 resets the franchise in the most graphic and bloody-thirsty entry yet.

September 20th brings the cutest battle royal/ party game sure to end friendships with Party Animals. 20 maps, 30 cute animals — countless rage quits.
Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty drops on September 26th seeing you once again take on the role of V, a mercenary in a new tale in the world of Cyberpunk.
Also on September 26th we have El Paso, Elsewhere, the super creepy shooter that looks like it’s come straight from the early 2000s and polished for 2023.
Annapurna, the publisher behind Stray, is releasing their newest game: COCOON. Look out for this unique puzzle game on September 29th.
And finally for all the soccer (football) fans, EA Sports FC 24 also releases on September 29th to fill all your month’s sports needs.
