The perfect Zelda parody song doesn’t exi-

(Young Fatigue)

It’s been labeled the ‘Tears of the Kingdom anthem’, UK pop punk band Young Fatigue has produced the ultimate Legend of Zelda tribute with a parody cover of Blink-182’s ‘Feeling This’.

Titled ‘Fusing This’, the fresh track takes lyrics such as “Fate fell short this time, your smile fades in the summer” and swaps them out to “Hey Zelda it’s time, fuse our hearts like true lovers.”

The London band traditionally produce their own original songs, but love to dip into parody every now and then.

“While our main focus is our music, we do enjoy just making stuff that we think is funny,” Young Fatigue’s guitarist/vocalist Ash told Quest Daily.

The song has been viewed over 150,000 times since it was uploaded to TIKTOK on Wednesday.

“The response has been amazing too… The best bit is reading through all the lovely comments,” said Ash.

Ash says he’s always been a big Zelda fan, so making a Zelda themed song was a no brainer.

“One of my earliest memories is literally watching my Dad play Ocarina of Time!” he said.

The ‘Sleepy Punk’ group, which is also made up of Michael on bass and Charlie on drums, revealed they wrote the song before the game was released in hopes it would be a hit.

“We kind of hedged our bets with the lyrics a bit,” they laughed.

The local London band say they have finally been playing the game and it has certainly lived up to the hype.

“I’ve basically done none of the main objectives. I’m too busy attaching Koroks to strange contraptions or diving between sky islands,” said Ash.

Aren’t we all…
