Wizard with a Gun, Devolver Digital’s next big game, has been given a release date and new animated trailer.
Developed by Galvanic Games, Wizard with a Gun is a sandbox survival game that sees a wizard… Get a gun. But there’s a heap of other stuff too! The magic-shooter will see you travel a wild and magical world, gather resources and upgrade your arsenal, and shoot your way through hours of fun.

The game can be played single player or in online co-op; life doesn’t always have to be incantations for one!
Kit your wizard out with various different hats and robes to add a bit of style to your sorcery.
You can also craft different kinds of enchanted ammunition for your array of guns; altering things like shot type, blast radius, and bullet trails.
Earlier this year I played a demo for the game (you can play this too) and it’s absolutely one to pick up come October 17th. It’s art style hits hard.
Wizard with a Gun is coming to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
