The Six One Indie Showcase has once again delivered some under-the-radar brilliance, this indie title in particular has me in a chokehold. Coming soon to PC, ONE WAY HOME is a chilling indie psychological horror that blends environmental puzzle-solving with tense platforming sequences.
Players step into the shoes of Jimmy Taylor, a 12-year-old boy who wakes after a car accident to find his hometown distorted into something deeply unfamiliar.

The world Jimmy navigates is like a shadow of what once was. Empty streets, flashing police lights without any officers around, and creepy dark figures looking to pull Jimmy into their dark world entirely. It’s eerie and a few moments in this trailer look to be heartbreakingly sad. Except Jimmy isn’t exactly alone, and even though that sounds like it should be comforting, it looks to be utterly terrifying.
This one feels like a standout.
Best of all? There’s already a free demo available to play on Steam. While the full release date is still under wraps, the nightmare can begin now!
