We’re excited to reveal another new Disney Lorcana card, this time an Enchanted from the upcoming Fabled set. Fabled is the ninth collection in Disney’s Lorcana card game and is offering a refresh of a stack of original cards from across the game.
Introducing one of Disney Lorcana’s newest Enchanted cards:
Pongo – Determined Father
Pongo – Determined Father – Storyborn / Hero is an 3 cost, Inkable card. It has 3 strength and 2 willpower. It can quest for 1 lore.
This card also has the ability “TWILIGHT BARK”: Once during your turn, you may pay 2 ink to reveal the top card of your deck. If it’s a character card, put it into your hand. Otherwise, put it on the bottom of your deck.
This card is by no means going to bring the house down, but it’s low cost makes it a good early game pull.
Twilight Bark could potentially help you get some fresh characters — or a particular character card you’re chasing — onto the field, but it also comes with a risk.

You just better hope you aren’t chasing any item or action cards, as they’ll be thrown to the bottom of your deck. But later in the game, 2 ink for the chance to draw a fresh character ain’t so bad!
I could think of 101 ways why Pongo – Determined Father is a great addition to any character heavy deck!
Fabled also introduces two new card rarities — Enchanted cards aren’t the top dogs any longer!
We now have Iconic and Epic cards. Epic cards are rarer than Legendary, and the ultra-rare Iconic cards are even harder to find than Enchanted cards, making them the ultimate prize for collectors.
Disney Lorcana Fabled is coming to local game stores on August 29th.
